What is your fuel policy?

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were picked up. If the car is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing amount. Please note that no refunds are given for excess fuel.

Can I add an additional driver?

  • Yes, you can add an extra driver at no additional cost. The additional driver must meet all rental requirements and be registered before the rental period begins to ensure insurance coverage.

What is your cancellation policy? Will I get a refund?

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival.

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental cost.
    • For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the full rental amount (100%) will be charged.
    • No refunds are issued after the rental agreement is completed or if the vehicle is returned earlier than agreed.

What should I do if the car breaks down?

Can I park anywhere on Santorini Island?

  • Santorini offers many free parking spots, including several municipal areas, so finding parking is usually easy. However, please avoid parking in zones marked with "no parking" signs.
